Il laboratorio teatrale rivolto a bambini e bambine di Belvì e Aritzo (NU) fra i 10 e i 12 anni, ha posto come obiettivo quello di far conoscere ai più giovani la bellezza e il valore liberatorio dell’esperienza scenica e del suo essere rito di iniziazione collettivo; di aprire nuove strade per improvvisare e inventare all’interno di regole precise che nascono dal lavoro di gruppo; di ripetere senza stancarsi come se fosse sempre la prima volta - perché anche dalla ripetizione nasce la grazia. Soprattutto nelle zone interne dell’isola, in cui scarseggiano opportunità di evasione dalla dimensione quotidiana verso quella straordinaria e in cui gli stereotipi su modelli di vita sono molto radicati, questo laboratorio è stato proposto come opportunità alle giovanissime partecipanti di raccontarsi e elaborare la loro realtà, giocando teatro in uno spazio e tempo inusuale sostenute da un gruppo accogliente e stimolante.

The theatre workshop for children aged from 10 to 12 has aimed at making young people more aware of the beauty and the liberating value of the stage experience and its being rite of collective initiation; at opening new ways to improvise and invent within precise rules that arise from group work; to repeat without complaining as if it was always the first time - because grace is also born by repeating. Especially in the interior areas of the island of Sardinia, where there is little opportunity to escape from the daily dimension to the extraordinary one, and where stereotypes about life patterns are very rooted, this laboratory has been proposed as an opportunity for young participants to tell and elaborate their reality, playing theater in an unusual space and time supported by a welcoming and stimulating group.

Dopo un primo periodo di conoscenza con il gruppo, il tema emerso è stato quello del rapporto dei bambini con le nuove tecnologie. La drammaturgia è stata creata insieme alle partecipanti sulla base dei loro racconti ed esperienze. L’esito scenico finale #natividigitali (domenica 18 giugno 2016 presso il Cortile della Casa Parrocchiale di Belvì) è stato posto come fine del percorso ma punto di partenza per riflessioni sull’argomento per il pubblico della serata.

After a first period of familiarity with the group, the emerging theme was the relationship of children to new technologies. Dramaturgy was created together with the participants based on their tales and experiences. The final stage #personal feats (Sunday, June 18, 2016 at the Parish House of Belvì Parish) was placed as the end of the route but a starting point for reflection on the topic for the evening's audience.

“In questi otto mesi di teatro, ho capito cosa vuol dire imparare dagli errori e cosa vuol dire teatro. Teatro non vuol dire solo recitare. Bisogna fare esercizi su esercizi per capire sempre di più noi e gli altri. Per me non è stato solo un corso di teatro ma una scuola di vita”, Carlotta / 11 anni.
“Il teatro sembra facile ma non lo è. Bisogna concentrarsi, impegnarsi e immedesimarsi. Il teatro non è solo recitare... Anche e soprattutto è far capire a se stessi e agli altri che uno può essere molto più di quello che lascia intravedere”, Katia / 11 anni.
“Per molti teatro è sedersi su una sedia e guardare, farsi delle risate o magari dei pianti. Riflettere su un argomento mai discusso. Ma vi siete mai chiesti come si sentono quelli che recitano? Io si! L’ansia, l’angoscia, la paura di sbagliare con tutti quegli occhi che ti fissano. Ma non ci sarà mai un vuoto in te perché il teatro ti aiuterà a coprirlo. Nel teatro c’è tutto”, Marzia / 11 anni.
“Tantissime persone credono che il teatro sia qualcosa di “grande” per persone colte e letterate. Invece non è così. Teatro è divertimento, allegria e aiuta a sentirsi più liberi. Fa esplorare lati nascosti senza pregiudizi. Mi sembra che siamo tutti pazzi ma lo nascondiamo, ognuno a modo suo. Ma in fondo essere pazzi significa essere guariti”, Linda / 11 anni.
“Una cosa molto bella è stata che per un mese sono state con noi 4 ragazze del progetto Erasmus che parlavano una lingua diversa e abbiamo imparato a farci capire con il corpo. Quando sono andate via eravamo dispiaciute. Durante il laboratorio, ho imparato a controllare le emozioni e il corpo”, Giulia / 10 anni.

"In these eight months of theater, I understood what it means to learn from mistakes and what theater means. Theater does not just mean acting. We need to do exercises on exercises to understand more and more of us and others. For me it was not just a theater course but a life school," Carlotta / 11 years.
"Theater seems easy but it is not. One has to be concentrated and engaged. The theater is not just acting... It's also and above all to make clear to yourself and to others that one can be much more than what lets you see," Katia / 11 years.
"For many people theater means to sit on one side and watch, laugh or maybe cry. Reflect on a topic that has never been discussed. But have you ever wondered how the actors feel? I do! Anxiety, fear of mistaking with all those eyes that are fixing to you. But there will never be a vacuum in you because theater will help you cover it. There's everything in theater", Marzia / 11 years.
"Many people believe that theater is something "great" for educated and literate people. Instead it is not. Theater is fun, cheer and helps to feel more free. It makes explore hidden sides without prejudices. It seems to me that we are all crazy but we hide it, everyone in his/her own way. But finally, to be crazy means to be healed," Linda / 11 years.
"A very nice thing was that, through Erasmus project, 4 girls made theatre with us talking a different language and we learned to make us understand using body language. When they left we were very sorry. During the workshop, I learned to control my emotions and my body," Giulia / 10 years.
